Howdy folks!  This is my first post to this silly thing.  It's about running, well specifically my running.  Big deal right?  Right.  I used to be good at this thing.  Ran six days a week, short runs of five miles, long runs of 12...now if I can squeeze two miles out of three I'm on cloud nine.  So here I go...watch me fly.  Sort of.  Well...it'll look more like a snail sliding through peanut butter on a hot day...but it's running!
